Surfaddict is promising to bring joy to the beaches of Carcavelos, Lourinhã, and Matosinhos from May to September. The Portuguese Association of Adapted Surf aims to create a nationwide movement to enable people with disabilities to enjoy the sea that is based on a simple strategy: to train surf schools and create a large movement of volunteers among the surfing community.
